Configuring automatic saving on a Drive

By using a Dropbox account, you can automatically save your InSitu scene files in the cloud.

If you already have a Dropbox account, create a folder named Scenes in your account and copy all your scene files to it.
Then, set up InSitu so that a save to your Scenes folder takes place whenever there is a new change.

To do so, go to Set up | System and then enter the path of your Dropbox directory in the blank Dropbox scenes box by clicking on the icon of a little folder on the right.

The status bar (grey bar at the bottom of the software) can display the total price, the margin, the coefficient and the difference, allowing the user to more easily find their way through their business proposals

Vous pouvez effectuer une sauvegarde automatique de vos fichiers scènes InSitu dans le cloud en utilisant un compte Dropbox.

Si vous possédez un compte Dropbox, créez dans votre compte un dossier nommé Scenes et venez y copier tous vos fichiers scènes.
Puis configurez InSitu pour qu'une sauvegarde de votre dossier Scènes soit réalisée lors de toute nouvelle modification.

Pour cela, allez dans Configuration l Système, puis entrez le chemin de votre répertoire Dropbox dans le champ Scènes de Dropbox en cliquant sur l'icône du petit dossier à droite.

Lors d’une impression, vous avez le choix de faire apparaître un « Cadre » et un « Cartouche ». Ce cadre peut être réduit en modifiant les valeurs de « marges » en millimètres.

L’archivage des catalogues vous offre la possibilité de stocker ailleurs sur votre disque dur le fichier catalogue sélectionné (xx.cab) qui sera compressé mais non supprimé. La restauration du fichier (xx.cab) décompresse le catalogue et le positionne dans la liste.

Dans la boîte de dialogue « Options du chiffrage », vous pouvez choisir différents mode d’affichage de la vue chiffrage.

Le tableau de chiffrage peut faire apparaître les désignations courtes ou descriptions longues, le prix HT ou TTC avec les décimales. Il est possible d'ajouter une colonne de remise à la ligne et/ou une colonne des points et l’éco-participation.

Le tableau de marges peut s’afficher avec le coefficient de vente HT ou TTC.

La barre d’état (barre grise tout en bas du logiciel) peut mettre en évidence le prix total, la marge, le coefficient et l’écart afin de permettre à l’utilisateur de se repérer dans ses propositions commerciales.

Le calcul de la marge peut également se faire hors prestations (rubriques : Travaux, Livraison et Pose).

Il est possible d'afficher dans le tableau de chiffrage des colonnes supplémentaires, comme la colonne des remises à la ligne, la colonne des points, la colonne du volume et la colonne du poids.

L'éco-participation mobilier ou l'éco-participation électroménager (DEEE) peuvent être ou non chiffrées.
