The 360° panorama is fantastic tool for helping with both sales and communication. It generates a 360° 3D panorama of your room.
This panorama can be displayed on a computer, a tablet or a mobile phone and can be very easily sent by email to the final customer.

As you can see, it allows you to visualise the entirety of the project while being able to change the point of view thanks to the dots.

When you have finished your project, make sure that you save your [[Placing a visual field|visual frields]].

You can also generate 360° panoramas without visual fields. In that case, the panroama is generated from the middle of the room or the view at the time.

Go to the "file" drop down menu and then choose "Post 360° Panorama".

Two different resolutions are available:
Medium resolution (1024 pixels)
High resolution (2048 pixels)

Careful, the high resolution will take longer to generate. Also be aware that the calculations use your computer's processing power, which means it's an important factor to take into account...

Once you have chosen the resolution you want, you can choose the number of points of view from which you want the panorama to be generated.
Once again, the more points of view chosen, the longer the panorama will take to generate. These points of views, in other words, the visual fields that were saved previously, will then become the dots that let you change your point of view.

You can also choose the real time photorealistic quality to generate a 360 much quicker but of lower quality.

When it has finished, the software will open the panorama on an Internet page.

6- Click on the "By families" button and proceed as you did for the models, but this time for the families of articles that don't depend on the model of the façade; then, validate by clicking "OK".

Like most software, InSitu has many shortcuts and key buttons (hotkeys).

These can help you do lots of things, such as duplicating an element, changing the direction of an element, selecting 2 elements, etc.

We will now list these hotkeys with the help of case studies.

- Deactiving the magnetisation of an object: Select the element and keep the CTRL button pressed down, then drag and place the element in the desired spot.

- Moving an annoying marking: Select the marking, keep the CTRL button pressed down and then left click to move the marking.

- Placing angle fillers other than 90° or 135°: select a right angle filler in the manufacturer catalogue, keep the CTRL button pressed down and send the filler in the angle, then let go. Do the same for the second filler but this time, pivot it against the other wall (while still being in the angle).

- Seeing and quickly selecting objects placed on top of each other: put the mouse cursor on the area where there are several elements and then CTRL + right click.

If you already have a Dropbox account, create a folder named Scenes in your account and copy all your scene files to it.

To do so, go to Set up | System and then enter the path of your Dropbox directory in the blank Dropbox scenes box by clicking on the icon of a little folder on the right.

By default, there will be a user named ADMINISTRATOR set up; this user has access to all the software's features.

By clicking <b>Add</b> or <b>Modify</b>, you will access the window for the user's properties.

The right side is for managing the user's access rights. It is divided into three different parts.

It is then possible to recover it by changing the (.OLD) extension to an (.SCN) extension and then using the "Restore" feature.

Configuring automatic saving on a Drive

By using a Dropbox account, you can automatically save your InSitu scene files in the cloud.

If you already have a Dropbox account, create a folder named Scenes in your account and copy all your scene files to it.
Then, set up InSitu so that a save to your Scenes folder takes place whenever there is a new change.

To do so, go to Set up | System and then enter the path of your Dropbox directory in the blank Dropbox scenes box by clicking on the icon of a little folder on the right.
