Positioning the observer
The Observer view lets you manually adjust the field of view, in the 3D view, by the project altitude and tilt. The altitude refers to the height of the view and the tilt allows you to have bird's eye views, for example. To access it, go to InSitu's View drop down menu, and then click on Observer.
The Initial Observer view lets you reposition the starting point of the visual field in 3D view.
